Anyone who knows me well is aware of my love of cheese. Although the child has been on soy milk for most of his life and his eczema flares up when he consumes too much dairy, Ian loves cheese, too! One day he asked for a cheese on cheese sandwich- a slice of American in between two slices of Swiss...of course.
